Electroworx Way.

1. Initial Consult

It starts with a phone call for us to understand your needs. We will ask questions about your household energy consumption, your planned usage, your budget and specifics about your home and roof.
All up, this should only take about 30 minutes of your day. You’ll always be talking directly with the person designing and installing your system.

2. Report & Quote

We will then review your requirements and deliver you a customised quote. We use advanced mapping and look broadly at all the possible ways you can improve your energy consumption.
The quote will include the proposed product solutions, the estimated return on investment (i.e. the payback period) and the impact on the environment.

3. Installation

Once you’ve signed off on the quote, we’ll try and have your solar panels on your roof within 30 days. The solar install itself takes between 1-3 days to complete.
Shortly after install we file for the system to be hooked into the grid. Your energy retailer will handle the process and let you now when you can safely turn on your new Solar system.

4. Support

Once the system is installed we will give you on-site training of how to use it, along with tips to improve your payback period.

Our opt-in maintenance service ensures that you are getting the most out of your system and includes an annual system check, clean and review.

As part of our ongoing maintenance service, you can choose to enrol in our solar clean and maintenance program for an annual system check, clean and review. This ensures that your system is performing as expected and you are making the most of the savings. We’ll give you seam a full clean and heat check as well as advice on how to optimise your consumption further.
